I am currently working with one of my main clients that is currently on the look out for a Senior QA Engineer on an Initial 3 Month contract. The role has been deemed Outside IR35 and will be 100% remote.
This is a Hands on role working to implement testing best practices and enable a faster and better quality release cycle. Must have a focus / experience with automation, this isn't a manual test role.
Key Skills:
- Working/communicating with senior stakeholders
- Ability to guide best practices
- Assist with software delivery roadmap to advise on necessary testing requirements
- Experience with Agile processes / release plans
- Automated API testing as part of CICD pipelines
- BDD testing
- Automated web front-end testing with Playwright or similar
- Generate release notes and test coverage reports
- Strong experience with Python applications.
- Focus on putting processes into place, both creating and mentoring
- Happy to get involved in all levels e.g. manual testing to big picture planning
- SDET Experience
