Our client, a Financial Services company, is currently looking for a Technical Support Manager to lead a team of 4 Technical Analysts.
This is a hybrid role at their Greensboro, North Carolina office with 3 days required in the office.
- 7 years + work experience within a support environment
- 2-3 years of management experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow
- Previous experience working and supporting internal and external customers Proven skills in trouble-shooting business applications
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
- Experience in the Financial Services industry a plus
