Computer Futures is thrilled to announce that we have brought on a new Senior Sales Team Manager of National Accounts to the team!
Anthony Mazzella joins us from Mitchell Martin and Randstad Technologies to manage relationships with our largest accounts, and to lead our senior sales team. We are thrilled to welcome him with his years of experience in telecommunications, engineering, and solution-focused sales strategies.
"Success to me means hitting your personal and professional goals when you're in competition with lots of people. If you show up every day and put in all your effort, you WILL be successful."
His first order of business: establishing a new presence in additional cities which show the most promise of growth IT. Anthony is well underway in hiring the perfect senior sales leads in up-and-coming areas, with his ultimate measure of success modeled after his own experiences.
"My Why: building something amazing and watching my team be successful is the best thing that could ever happen in my career."
Computer Futures strives to share market information altruistically, helping clients make better hiring decisions and offering our consultation to them for the betterment of the STEM industry. We help clients add to their company cultures by observing DEI initiatives, and continually looking for ways to add value to overall business solutions outside of our contracted services and day-to-day work.
Anthony was attracted to Computer Futures because of our reputation in the STEM industry as a progressive company, but he admits that he had no idea until weeks into his role just how seriously we take the mission of inclusion. He is excited to be jumping in with our initiatives in Breaking the Glass, bridging the gap in Tech leadership.
"I am eager to help people, especially women, in every stage of their careers find their voices in tech and telecom."
A personal advocate of Veterans, economic outreach, fighting hunger, providing supplies to the underprivileged, and also theatre, Anthony is excited to work for a company that offers its employees five paid days off each year to volunteer.
