Challenge one: Navigating a new return-to-work strategy
Our client was shifting gears post Covid and wanted a heavier in-office presence for all employees. With the competition for talent heating up, remote work positions were being considered over in-office requirements. Computer Futures created a specific method to ensure all candidates we recommended were available for in-person work. That, paired with our unparalleled accreditation process, meant the organization could quickly onboard top-tier tech talent who were prepared for their environment.
Challenge two: Budget and timeline restrictions
While meeting with the client, we learned their Salesforce budget had been doubled, meaning their projects had been doubled and they needed to bring in new Salesforce professionals, fast. There were also major hiring budget restrictions in place. Because we have expertise in the Salesforce space, plus a deep understanding of our client’s environment, we could find quality candidates quickly, within the budget. In less than four weeks we were able to staff 14 candidates, with 20 additional candidates provided by Computer Futures in the weeks following.

Our client needed to place multiple candidates but were having challenges securing new employees once reaching the offer stage. How it works (4 steps to accreditation)
All our candidates are technically vetted, qualified, met, and referenced before passing as a “Computer Futures Certified Professional.” All are a quality performer, reliable, professional, and best suited for our clients’ individual needs.
STEP 1: Screening: 30 – 45-minute review of current and last projects, employers, and skills.
STEP 2: Meeting: Virtual or in-person to determine culture fit, intuitive factors, and professionalism.
STEP 3: Technical Test: Skills assessment of technical competence for each Salesforce function, as well as personality fit.
STEP 4: Reference Checks: Minimum of two employer references, digital verification, full professional insurances, Visa, drug, and background checks.
