As part of the Harmonie project, our company is committed to collecting, ingesting, aggregating, transforming, and delivering HR data from various HR systems to the SAP SuccessFactors solution. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of this crucial process, we are seeking an experienced HR Data Integration and Validation Specialist. This role will play a vital part in validating and maintaining the integrity of the data transferred across international teams.


  • Collaborate with multiple teams responsible for data collection, aggregation, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Organize, write, and validate end-to-end test scenarios for the entire HR data integration process.
  • Ensure that data provided by HR systems is accurately and consistently loaded into the SAP SuccessFactors solution.
  • Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues, working closely with teams to resolve them.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for testing procedures, including test plans and test cases.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between teams located in India, France and the USA.
  • Continuously monitor data quality and performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) best practices and industry trends to provide insights for optimization.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR data integration and validation, with a strong understanding of HRIS.
  • Proficiency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse international teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data transformation tools such as Informatica ICS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR software systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
