Responsibility

This is a leadership position responsible for ERP(SAP), EC, infrastructure and helpdesk services in Asia. This position will collaborate with business leaders in Japan, Korea and China to identify solutions to business needs, leveraging technology to add value to the company. Our company is going through a technology evolution and this role will be involved in many initiatives. Position will manage a team of analyst resources, admins, and will be accountable for leading creative solutions with a sense of urgency to deliver value.

  • Provide support and delivery of solutions for business needs in the areas including ERP, EC, Retail systems and IT infrastructure support including PC, Phones and Server support.
  • Manage the requirement gathering, project tracking, issue tracking and testing of all solutions.
  • Prioritize resources and projects in support of business value and corporate objectives.
  • Provide top tier support to business users with a strong focus on internal customer service
  • Ongoing evaluation of direct staff for required skills and experience.
  • Manage internal/external resources as "virtual" project teams.
  • Act as an active change agent within the organization challenging the team and business to improve and excel.
  • Responsible to provide global visibility, collaboration and analytics to business leader
  • Prioritize resources and projects in support of business value and corporate objectives.
  • Establish, grow and enhance collaborative relationships with global business leads.
  • Mentor/develop/motivate/evaluate staff of 6-10

Skills,Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of any integrates system or large system functional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of managing a team providing IT solution delivery and end user support.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Superior knowledge of business process and the application of technology
  • Strong Business and IT leadership with proven experience influencing others.
  • Demonstrated achievement in developing and maintaining business partnership at all levels and from varying cultures around the world.
