The Team Lead for Big Data will handle support tickets from around the world (primarily Japan, APAC, and USA). The company provides full training and certification in a major Cloud platform, no previous experience required!

You should possess some experience in the following areas:

• Experience in technical roles
• Experience in Java or Python
• Can communicate in fluent Japanese OR fluent Mandarin Chinese, and business English
