About the company

The company is a start-up software company from Europe looking to hire their first business development rep in their small team in Japan. If you have flexibility, English language ability, and the desire to sell, this might be for you.

What you will be doing

  • Making phone calls to inbound leads in order to sell the company's software products
  • Making sales appointments and passing on leads to sales teams
  • proactively calling new customers from company obtained information
  • Reporting to APAC on a weekly basis

What you will need

  • At least 1-2 years of business development or sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in software
  • Experience with making phone calls and booking appointments
  • Strong motivation and ability to manage own schedule
  • At least intermediate English
  • Fluent or Native level Japanese
