The Big Data Technical Support will handle customers' troubleshooting issues, and perform break / fix of the solution while reporting these issues to APAC.
You should be able to communicate in Near-Native Japanese and Business English, and possess some experience in the following areas:
- Hands-on experience with Java or Python
- Experience in technical support or software development
- Have worked in an enterprise company with English use
