The Service Manager will meet customers, ensure that they are happy with the Data Platform services, and identify opportunities for services upsell to expand the account (not responsible for closing deals).
You should be able to speak Native / Fluent Japanese and Business English, and possess some experience in the following areas:
- Services Management, or Consulting, or Professional Services, or Pre-sales
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Have worked in an international IT software / SaaS company with English use
