Brand Management focuses on brand strategy, brand/franchise insight and analytics. The work ranges from developing POVs on how brand strength is comprised, along with the means of quantifiably assessing strength to assessing franchise marketing creative. The team works closely with strategy, marketing and business development teams to support the short and long term health of the business.


The candidate in the role is required to:

  • Lead strategy projects that support growing our brands and franchises around the world
  • Play a lead role in developing Brand Growth Plans for key markets around the world and formulate strategic recommendations to business leaders across the organization
  • Lead major Consumer Spend Studies that capture consumer behavior and spending across entertainment (Set objectives in partnership in business leaders across the organization, develop work plan, drive results through each milestone). Including identifying ways to evolve the study to service changing business needs/capture relevant changing consumer behaviors.
  • Scope, design and lead ad hoc consumer insight/analytical projects to evaluate new business initiatives or specific business opportunities (examples include: Demand sizing/concept testing for new the company's streaming service, Model impact of synergy marketing on the company's Channel to optimize media planning and maximize ROI). Including; defining the scope and objectives by successfully unpacking the business challenges, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and producing simple synthesized outputs
  • Lead analytics that further our understanding of what drives brand/franchise spend/affinity
  • Conduct analyses and coordinate the efforts of Senior Analysts, Associates and Managers across the team
  • Present to Senior Management and influence decision making
  • Build a high performing motivated team (2-4 team members) and be a team player
  • Direct/allocate work with an eye on ROI and alignment with team/company goals

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in a strategy, business development, finance, or consumer insight role
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Experience crystallizing key strategic insights from disparate data sources into a presentation
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute quality work within tight deadlines
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills across all levels (Senior Executives through lower management)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Maturity and enthusiasm
