CRM Manager
You will be managing all the local CRM activities working closely with international/regional CRM team as well as local vendors.
This role will be reporting to the marketing director and also manage 3-4 CRM members.
Responsibilities:
- Define CRM strategy aligning with marketing strategy and responsible for its implementation
- Make sure the customer database is correctly maintained and enriched by CRM activities
- Responsible for every CRM operations including vendor management/campaign management
- Leverage marketing automation tool for maximum business result including sending email, LINE message
- Analyze customer data and make clear report with customer/business insight and share them with management members
- Collaborate with other department to ensure the CRM activity works well for every aspect of the business
- Implement international CRM capability into local business communicating with international CRM team
- Plan CRM campaign based on customer journey
- Drive business both online and offline using CRM capability
- Manage CRM team members
Experience:
- 2-3 year's CRM or customer marketing management experience
- Fluent Japanese and English
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong problem solving experience in a complicated business situation
- Great presentation skill
- Digital marketing experience is a plus
- Cosmetic industry experience is a plus
