Job Description

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Manager to lead this client's online and offline activities to drive the customer experience and foster loyalty to drive profits online. The client is a leading Luxury brand known for their quality fashion accessories.

Main Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage loyalty program among all customer segments
  • Create new strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business
  • Analyse Consumer behaviour and develop reports to share with internal teams
  • Oversea customer database cleansing
  • Execute direct communications campaigns

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience working in a CRM role
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced excel skills
  • Experience in luxury, retail, or cosmetics industry
  • Good communication skills (Native-level Japanese and Business-level Japanese is essential)
  • Solid configuring, problem solving and organisational skills
