The client is a leading street-wear fashion brand known for their quality fashion accessories and unique culture .
Main Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage loyalty program among all customer segments
- Create new strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business
- Analyse Consumer behaviour and develop reports to share with internal teams
- Manage SNS sites and owned social apps.
- Execute direct communications campaigns
Skills & Experience:
- Years of proven experience working in a CRM role
- Excellent attention to detail and advanced excel skills
- Experience in fashion, sports, or retail industry.
