Job Description

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Retention Marketing Manager to lead this American client's online and offline activities to drive the customer experience and foster loyalty to drive profits online. The client is a leading street-wear fashion brand known for their quality fashion accessories and unique culture .

Main Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage loyalty program among all customer segments
  • Create new strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business
  • Analyse Consumer behaviour and develop reports to share with internal teams
  • Manage SNS sites and owned social apps.
  • Execute direct communications campaigns

Skills & Experience:

  • Years of proven experience working in a CRM role
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced excel skills
  • Experience in fashion, sports, or retail industry.
  • Leadership and problem solving skills
