▪ Play a Business Partner role amongst various businesses and functional organizations in Japan

▪ Lead the Customer Experience and Local Applications agenda across Japan including key driver goals, short- and long-term roadmaps, key personnel, etc.

▪ Identify and understand business and functional needs for IT solutions

▪ Leverage and work with global and regional IT teams to deliver cost-effective high-quality IT products & services

▪ Maintain global standards and support structures - people and technology

▪ Lead legacy local application migration projects

▪ Business Demand Management

- Demand management (needs assessment, portfolio management, roadmap planning)

- Business requirements management (through project initiation to final project contract)

▪ Project Management

- Execute related projects adhering to the Company's Project Execution methodology

- Change Management - driving stakeholder changes

▪ Operation Management

- Vendor Management

- Manage Service Level Expectations

Experience needed

▪ Profound knowledge / experience in technologies

- Business Intelligence Solutions (e.g. MS Power BI or other BI tools)

- Statistics analytics and Data mining

- SQL data base design, Data integration / modeling (ETL, SQL, EA)

- Microsoft Sharepoint and Power platforms - (Power automate / Power apps)

- Web technologies (Preferred)

- Robotic Process Automation (Preferred)

- Artificial Intelligence (Preferred)

▪ Experience in system architect

▪ Experience in local systems migration to global platform

▪ Experience in delivering call center management solutions

▪ Knowledge in software development methodology (e.g. SDLC, Agile)

▪ IT Project Management skills and experiences

▪ Familiarity with business process flow / commercial acumen

▪ Ability to develop business cases
