About the company

Head quartered in the US and globally one of the leading RPA software vendors on an enterprise level, the company has been in Japan since 2018 and has already grown to 50+ employees in less than a year time. Its Tokyo office continues to grow as they are looking for highly motivated sales people. If you have software sales experience, are motivated to learn about RPA software (robotic process automation) in a fast-paced environment for a quickly growing start-up, this is the job for you!

What you will be doing

  • Finding new customers by performing hunter-type sales as well as consultative sales
  • Making presentations to potential clients about the products
  • Closing deals with new customers in various industries including FSI, retail and manufacturing

What you will need

  • Native level Japanese (for non-Japanese nationals, at least business level Japanese)
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong sales track record
  • Experience with selling to c-level connections
  • Conversational English or above
  • Motivation to learn through trial and error
