They have grown to more than 100 employees since opening their office in Japan, and as a result of that they are now hiring several highly motivated mid-level managers for partner solution positions. What you will be doing

  • Finding new partners to sell the RPA software to and through
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners
  • Consulting with partners on any issues they may have
  • Managing a small team of 2-5 sales people

What you will need

  • Native level Japanese (for non-Japanese nationals, at least business level Japanese)
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT sales or partner sales
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willing to try out new things through trial and error
  • At least conversational English
