Based on UX research methods, you will gain insights and commit to business decision making. We have also introduced agile development you will be a flagbearer for this throughout the product development cycle. Therefore, we are currently exploring research processes that fit this process. So you can design and implement not only your normal research work, but also these research processes (Lean UX, Agile UX, dual track agile, etc.) from scratch.

Some areas you will focus on

  • research process design and proposals for business issues
  • Investigate and discover insights using any means, including in depth interviews, usability tests, ethnographic research, diary studies, questionnaires or other methods
  • Together with product managers and designers, based on the insights gained, facilitating design sprints and other workshops to support superior product design
  • Research process management and direction according to the service development cycle (eg weekly UX research, project type research, ad hoc research)
  • Research Ops operations such as assimilation of data and document maintenance

  • Strong culture fit - someone who embodies our values
  • Passionate about Agile and LEAN concepts and adapt to workflow based on it
  • Experience in facilitating workshops related to UX design (design sprints, etc.)
  • Ability to conduct insight discovery and hypothesis testing based on a human-centred approach
  • Research process design experience
  • Experience in data collection and analysis using qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Design proposals based on research results
  • Work experience in cross-team projects
  • Business level Japanese / Conversational English
